These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Podkits (“Podkits,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our free and paid email newsletters, related websites, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).

1. All written summaries, insights, graphics, and other materials created by Podkits and made available through the Services (“Podkits Content”) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use Podkits Content solely for your personal, non‑commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit Podkits Content without our prior written consent.
We do not claim ownership of the original third‑party videos we summarize. All rights in those remain with their respective owners.

2. (a) Paid Subscriptions. If you purchase a paid subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method (via Stripe) at the stated rate on a recurring basis until you cancel.
(b) Refunds. We offer a full refund if you cancel within three (3) days of starting your paid subscription. After this period, all payments are final and non‑refundable.
(c) Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund (unless within the 3‑day refund period).

3. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Copy, scrape, or resell Podkits Content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security features
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Our Services summarize and reference third‑party videos. We do not own, control, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of those videos. Links or references to third‑party sites or content are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

5. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podkits disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

While we strive for accuracy and relevance, the summaries may not fully represent the original videos or creators’ views. This service is intended for informational purposes only. You are encouraged to verify the original source before making any decisions based on the information presented.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error‑free
  • Summaries will be accurate, complete, or current
  • Third‑party videos will remain available

6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podkits will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 180 days before the claim arose.
If you use the free Services, you agree that your sole remedy is to stop using them.


7. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You agree that any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

8. We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email (if you are subscribed) or posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

10. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Podkits regarding the Services, and supersede any prior agreements.
